Recipe: Thyme and Yoghurt Cheese Cake

Preheat oven to 140 C

BASE:

Line a 15 x 20 cm bread tin with baking paper and lightly grease the tin.  Finely crush salty biscuits in a food processor.  Mix with a 100 g melted butter.  Spoon the mixture in the tin and press it firmly into the base.

FILLING:

Mix in a food processor:

500ml plain yogurt

250 g cream cheese

4 egg yolks

15ml black pepper

1 finely chopped red chilli

30ml chopped fresh thyme

Pour into tin and bake for 90 minutes until it is set.  Cool down and serve.
