What you need:
2 butter croissants
2 eggs beaten
2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
What you do:
Slice the butter croissants. Soak the croissant slices in the beaten eggs. Fry in butter over medium heat until golden brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Slice the strawberries and place on top of the croissants. Add the blueberries and pour a little honey over. Serve with mascarpone cheese and bacon.
