Lemon Pie

What you need:

Crust

100g melted butter

1 packet Bakers Tennis biscuits (crushed)

Mix crushed biscuits with the melted butter and line the pan with it.  Put in fridge for 30 minutes to set.

Lemon filling

1.5 tins of condensed milk (385 g)

4 egg yolks

125 ml lemon juice

Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Mix condensed milk with egg yolks in bowl.

Add lemon juice.

Spoon the filling into the crust and bake for 8 minutes.

Serve with chocolate sauce and cream.
