Slow Roasted Lamb (recipe)

What you need:

1 leg of lamb


black pepper

crushed garlic

What you do:

Put leg of lamb in a casserole dish with a lid.  Rub the leg of lamb with the crushed garlic.  Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.  Replace the lid and put in an oven at 100 degrees Celsius for 8 hours.  Do not open lid!  After 8 hours, you can pull the leg of lamb apart.  Use the lamb in a pie or in a wrap.

In a Wrap: 

We add lettuce and tzatziki salad (= grated cucumber, chopped clove of garlic, salt and pepper, dash of lemon juice mixed with Greek Yoghurt)
