Ingredients: 70 g cake flour; 10 ml chicken seasoning; 5 ml salt; 1 ml pepper; 1.5 kg chicken pieces; sunflower oil; 2 medium onions chopped; 400 ml chicken stock; 50 mild mustard sauce; 50 ml chutney; 25 ml soft brown sugar and 15 ml Maizen
Sift flour, seasoning, salt and pepper together. Cover the chicken portions with this mixture. Fry in sunflower oil in pan until golden brown. Place chicken portions in a single layer into an ovenproof dish with a lid (or otherwise cover with foil).
Pour sauce over chicken portions. Cover and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours at 160 degree C. Serve with rice and veggies.
